Their responses have always been swift and useful, even beyond the regular working hours. They have scheduled long phone calls to explain everything clearly and patiently. So far, they have not charged me anything, yet they have done a lot for me. I appreciate all their services and recommend them. My personal experience with Anne Cassidy and Raquel Siganporia is a success. This was even before any firm instruction had been made. Highly recommend. I do the rating feature to be very confusing.Reflect back to when our sale finally completed after the 4 months of delays. I would not wish this kind of service even to my worst enemies. Moore Barlow needs to change, and more clients should not receive such shoddy services. Based on the unprofessionalism of an employee in your firm, and the high fee charged against the UK legal fee regulations, I am convinced that Moore Barlow LLP is the worst law firm I have ever seen in the UK. I wish to forget the name of the firm in my lifetime. I will soon submit a formal complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and other government departments. I need a refund to avoid any further complications. I do not want to deal with an agency that has stressed my family for 4 months and then overcharged me. I did not expect such a huge legal fee that is higher than the UK legal price regulations. This firm is the worst I have seen since 2003, more so from the Southampton Dept.
