Ringrose Law Customer Feedback Summary: 1. I had to drop off something at the Grantham branch, had to wait for a short time. 2. Very poor. I was put in touch with these via a domestic abuse charity that my local police station had contacted on my behalf and put us in touch. I had no conversation with the solicitor than the afternoon before court. Se then tyrned up 40 minutes late too court, giving us to little tine to run through things and she seemed nervous both in the consultation room and in the courtroom and the whole thuing ended up being a total waste of time. Not once was I asked to show evidence of over 12 months harrasment and to be honest it diesn't make sense at all. Very disappointed,3. Used when selling a house, friendly staff, honest pricing and really easy to deal with, will definitely use again. Much better than the solicitors close by spelt similar to Charlatans!4. The consistent first-class service is worthy of commendation.5. I was given a free phone call to discuss my case.i was told I would receive an email from who I spoke to Rebecca. I never received the follow up email. I then contacted them again over a month later via chat and was given the contact details for Rebecca. I telephoned her and spoke to her secretary who asked for my details and told me she would contact me. Rebecca never did take the time to call me. Being a Solicitor you would expect a professional service by way of responding. I think I have contacted the wrong solicitors If they can't respond to a customer then what will the case work be like ? I'll find a Solicitor who does take interest in there work and Customer !
