Here is a summary of the feedback: Unpleasant experience with staff at the till at this time. The lady was extremely forceful with trying to get a loyalty card; I declined multiple times, but she continued to push. She was blunt, and the exchange felt like more of a hard sell than a checkout. I wish I'd walked away. This is not the first time I've been spoke to this way by a Accessorize sales assistant. The encounter did not involve any effort to be polite or helpful. This behaviour makes me reluctant to return to these stores. Point number 2 Unpleasant experience with staff at the till. Other workers in the shop and this person made it feel more like a warehouse than the sales floor. Lady behind the till had an attitude and was dismissive when I asked for some information about a product. This person was not approachable or helpful. I do not shop at this branch anymore. Good customer services. The Accessorize team at the Westfield shopping centre is great. Staff was friendly, and the shop was tidy and well-organized. I had a great time shopping for bags for my bridesmaids. I found the perfect size and style at a great price, and the staff was helpful in selecting matching scarfs. I’ll be shopping here again for Christmas.
