Client feedback summary: 1. Impossible to reach out to.2. The solicitor business is abhorrent, the workers are very rude and unkind, with no compassion or respect with house buying. I was supposed to move into my house three days before Christmas, and these solicitors acted on behalf of my sellers, I couldn't move in because of their ineptitude and lack of communication. Hence, I did not complete from mine due to the lack of experience and communication from this solicitor. They did not pick up calls no matter how many times you call them, and ignored emails from my solicitor, and if they could pick up, they could lie and say it’s in progress when it’s not. Monique, one of the employees, was very rude and unable to assist at all, I was expectant of moving into mine three days before Christmas, and she just treated me poorly, she even told me she couldn’t talk to me, then she laughed and hung up the phone. I was made very furious. If I were to advise anyone to buy a property and these solicitors are involved, I would not recommend. We barely communicated. Also, my seller said she would never recommend this company, that's rude. The staff should be trained on how to communicate well with customers. I was given about three different completion dates and eventually, when it reached the actual completion date, I still had no information because they could not pick up calls at all and even after calling them, they could not give any information until the one came out at 4 pm.
