Feedback: This company has a phone line, but they don't answer it when you phone them. Second thing they should call that office. It did not let me speak to the management. They went ahead with the settlement without notifying me; they didn't text, email, or communicate. They gave false statements right from the start. It did not try at all. Do not use. I was lied to from the first phone call. They allowed my landlord to breach their agreement by five months, and progress law allowed them. They misrepresented the facts all along. I did not even get anything close to the outcome I was promised or wanting. Really, really bad experience, use someone else for disrepair claims.. Thanks for getting my work done by my landlord and compensation paid. After months back and forth, you got the job done!! Greatest and Many thanks to Mohammed A who went above and beyond as was super efficient and helpful. And Arrosa for my endless emails and putting up with me I'm sorry for my frustration, she was a babe. Would highly recommend them to get the job done! Arcea and especially Brandon on reception he was always really helpful Fab service. Just a note to say big thank you to Afshaa who oversaw a new Lease for us a while ago, excellent on communication, information and advice.
