Customer Feedback Bought a house with Annabel Beaumont as our solicitor. Due to the nature of the sale, she had us exchanging and completing on the 29/04 after we put the offer in on 01/03. Whilst this is an exceptionally quick turnaround, even before it was sped up, Annabel replied to our emails very quickly and explained everything so well and clearly to us. She had all of our searches and questions sent out straight away and we never had to chase anything, she did everything from the get go and kept us in the loop throughout. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and we are so lucky to have had her. She has exceptional knowledge and professionalism and we 100% recommend her and will be going back to her in the future. 2. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience with Diane and Sue at Funnel & Perring throughout our house move. We’d heard all sorts of horror stories regarding solicitors slowing down the home buying process, but F&P couldn’t have been any better. From day 1 they were clear and concise. The reception staff were very helpful whenever we had to drop in or pick up documentation. During the long process, I probably sent Annabel over 100 emails with questions, updates and sometimes just venting! I don’t think there was one occasion where an email wasn’t replied to the very same day (often in a matter of hours) - they made the process as smooth as possible, we will definitely be using them again. Excellent service thank you. Robert Benton was my Conveyancing Executive for the sale of my property. I was kept fully informed of the delay due to the purchaser of my property.11. I am extremely disappointed with the service received. We were repeatedly assured that probate had been applied for when in reality it had not, and the application was submitted far later than promised. This fundamental misrepresentation has caused significant delays and placed our house purchase in jeopardy. Throughout this process, communication has been appalling—emails and calls from our agent were routinely ignored. We were told that the grant of probate was “very close” weeks ago, yet we are still waiting, with no clarity, accountability, or urgency shown. These avoidable delays have had a devastating effect, derailing important plans and casting a shadow over what should have been a positive milestone. The lack of honesty, transparency, and basic professionalism is unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call. Probate is not just paperwork—it affects families’ lives, finances, and futures. A service that handles something so important must treat clients with respect, clarity, and integrity.12. Excellent service from Glenda in our recent transfer of equity..Levell and promptness of communication was outstanding. Prices were clearly stated upfront and the whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely use this form again.13. Annabel Beaumont was our solicitor for the sale of our previous house and the purchase of a new house. Having been through this process once before, we can confidently say she was really good. She was efficient, friendly, replied to emails very quickly and clarified any questions we had. We would highly recommend her to anyone entering the daunting world of conveyancing - it really helps to be guided by a warm and effective professional.14. Called over 10 days ago to arrange a solicitor to do some conveyancing work. To date, no response, as in no one has got back to me with advice.!! Given that you have to work to deadlines. This is poor and unprofessional. They can't do the basics right and communicate. This is a red flag. I will be alerting senior partner; no amount of apology are you going to get my business, nor am I going to withdraw any reviews. I am calling your poor professionalism out.
