Kidwells Business Limited Customer Feedback Summary 1. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! A company that prays on the vulnerable and takes advantage of them. I hired this company for help setting up my business for a contract I had. The technical jargon was off putting from the start but I was assured it needed to be set up in a way that was out of my understanding. I have had various businesses before and know how to write a business plan. I was on a very fine timeline and Alan Kidwell assured me that if I used their company they would work around the clock to make sure I had everything I needed to succeed from a plan to the contact manufacturers abroad if needed. I clarified the fact I did not need a business plan as knew how to write one of those, my fianance was in place and needed someone to structure my business and find me manufacturers abroard who can meet the critria of my contract. I was advised this was not the case, and if paid the initial payment for £1000 in advance he would work around the clock back and forth to get things done on time and where I needed to be. He said he knew a lot about the industry I was going into and with his associates also dealing with manufacturing abroard it was their field of speciality. I trusted this company would deliver, after paying the £1000 which was well above what I had been quoted from everyone else may I add, but I paid it as I was led to believe I would be given a business ready to trade from my investment with him complete with manufacturers. I heard nothing from the company for days after the payment, no questions about my business no correspondance. I called to see what was happening as I couldn't of stressed enough how important this was to sort way before my deadline. I was told he was on holiday but he was putting things together and I shouldn't worry, a holiday he never declaired once and can only assume my funds paid for! After weeks of not much contact I aired my grevences and said that I did not feel this company would do what was agreed so I asked for a refund, Alan assured me he had been working round the clock and when I asked for information that he had found he was way off the mark which made me panic. He asked me to trust him, it was a project he wanted to put his all into and said I had nothing to worry about. I gave him some more time but as time went on I realised I was running out of time with my contract and this company seemed to be doing very little for the monies paid and certainly not what was agreed. I asked for a refund as I didn't feel he was up to the job, he ignored my text message and that night around 9.30pm a business plan a 5 year old could of produced appeared in my inbox as my first draft. He didn't get half of the major details right like my name or business name! Alan was very blaise and my distress that I had spent such a large amount of money for this company to simply tell me everything I already knew in a document was far from what I paid for. I am now persuing my monies through the court, as I was told to write a grevance asking for a refund then still the refund has not been given. I am not £1000 down and nothing to show for the monies paid yet this company feels its acceptible. I am so disapointed that I have been had over in such a vulnerable posiotion where I was simply trying to get ahead in making a life for myself and my daughter with this contract. The fact I have been taken advantage of in such a way is shameful, Alan tried to threaten me that should I write a reveiw there will be consequences but I am telling the truth I have the text messages and emails to back up my claim and as I said will be taking this matter to court as it is now 6 months down the line and this company thinks they are just going to walk away with my money. Please do not make the same mistake as me, but when you are trying to advance you expect people to be honest and ethical not take advantage of you. 2. Alan has provided us with a great consultation. Will surely use this company in the future if needed Thanks a lot Abdal 5. I would like warn to every one, if you are thinking to get in touch with this company, pls pls pls don't they are cheaters. Alan promised me to provide detailed report for the company charged me £350 after chasing him for about a week, I got report stating company can be considered. For them this may be detailed report, well for me it isn't Pls me carefull, don't burn your hard earned money . They was not option to give them zero star, else I wouldn't even given them NO star.
