The result it is extremely pleasing and would thoroughly recommend. Hugh Bone. 10. Five stars – I’ve been using Pip Printing for years, having high quality copies of my artwork made. Without exception, the girls have been honest & beyond helpful. No promises have been made that they didn’t feel they could keep. The things I’ve asked them to do (can you lose the text, can you shrink the image, can you find me textured paper etc) never seem to be an issue. They’ve always found a way, with the honest request ‘to give me an hour/a few hours/a day or so’!! I know they work under pressure sometimes. My jobs are tiny compared to some they do. Two stars – Rushed and impatient service by the lady and then told I had to wait an hour for 1print because she was so busy. Disappointing! Very expensive too. Wanted 1 low grade A2 print. One star – Very dissapointed. I rang and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who advised me they could accommodate what I required. We drove from Ross on Wye and we were met by a less than enthusiastic lady. Who advised us we needed to be quick as she needed the toilet and her lunch! Not a very welcome introduction! I admit we are in our 70s but are quite fairly able to find our ways around technology. We were trying to print off Guestpix for my daughters wedding and having some difficulty. She gave us an email address to send a file to her. We went else where and had a different experience. The staff were able to download to a file and print off the business cards whilst we waited. What a difference. Reviewer: John H. 14. Five stars – I can't recommend PIP Printing Hereford enough, especially thanks to the incredible help I received from Carol. I desperately needed to print my CV and cover letter, and despite a few unexpected complications on my end, Carol was an absolute star. She was so patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was printed perfectly. Her expertise and calm demeanor really made a stressful situation so much easier. Five stars – Simon and his team have been doing our printing for many years, whether it be simple business cards or even perspex signage within our showroom and also my daughter’s university portfolio.
