Alex Snow unorganised never kept me up to date on any progress, I always had to email/call him he missed a time sensitive date which again i called him for an update that's when I found out, I then had to wait a YEAR before the process could be started again, because of his admitted mistake, he was also unhelpful with my new solicitors and cost me more money in letter writing.
