I had a fantastic experience with James Billingham of Horsham Family Lawyers for the preparation and execution of my consent order. James was friendly and approachable, and he explained what was required and what I could expect throughout the process in simple terms. I was involved in every step of the way, and the consent order was initiated and executed in a very efficient and timely manner. I could not thank James enough for the outstanding service I received. 2. Horsham Family Lawyers I cannot recommend enough five stars is not enough. From the initial conversation at their office they are service orientated, quickly leading me to Oliver, a Lawyer who dealt quickly , professionally with real expertise to solve my family's legal issue and kept me informed at each point. Real service, expertise ,professionalism, courtesy and empathy are there at every point and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Five stars is not enough so I am grateful my family has used them and has them available for the future as needed. 3. Would highly recommend Horsham Family Lawyers. I used Kate and Joseph for a family court matter. I found them to be incredibly informative and supportive. With their help I had a good end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. 4. Daniel Blackman and Joseph Stranger have represented me during a difficult time, Daniel was always there for phone calls and was a great help when i needee advice from a family lawyer, Joseph represented me in the court room, he represented me in the way I expected and all issues and points I raised were raised within the court room beyond my expectations, would highly recommend this law office. Thank you to these 2 gentlemen and the rest of the team where took my phone calls whenever needed 5. Amazing team at Horsham family, I needed help and support with child arrangement issues at very short notice and they got everything put together and sorted with in 2/3 days. I have recently used the services of HFL over the past month and I am hugely impressed! Friendly, down to earth and a 'human' service that has been second to none so far. Could not recommend more. 7. One Star - Beware! My personal experience with James at Horsham Family Lawyers was deeply disappointing and frankly, quite upsetting. What started as a seemingly helpful consultation quickly devolved into feeling manipulated and misled. James presented himself as a supportive family solicitor, but his actions throughout my case demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and, it felt like, a focus solely on his own gain. Promises regarding costs were made that were not kept, and I felt like I was constantly being steered in a direction that benefited him, not me or my family. If you are looking for a family solicitor who is truly on your side and acts with integrity, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. My experience with James was stressful and ultimately damaging. I would not recommend his services to anyone. 8. James has worked with me for almost 5 years in relation to child custody, finances and divorce. He and his team have been extremely supportive, pragmatic and dedicated in every aspect of my case.
