Feedback from Customers: 1. The worst! Please don’t deal with Switalskis Solicitors for family. matters. Especially if the kids are mixed race.2. They’re overpriced. A few times when I’ve questioned it, it has been sorted out, but I now wonder if there were other times I didn’t question3. We had a family issue. Allan Layfield dealt with us effectively; he was very professional and kept us informed all the time he worked on our case. We’ve also used Switalskis for various matters in the past, excellent service every time, and this was no different. We would highly recommend Switalskis for any legal issues especially Allan Layfield who is an asset to the company. Thank you once more.4. Only spoken to on the phone but seem well organised. No results so 4 thus far5. Used these solicitors and tbh after doing so I feel like I would be scammed there not honest at your 1st free consultation more expense get added as it goes along wich you are not informed until its too late like they drag it out for the money it's a disgrace. I was told at the beginning I could claim money back from my ex once I'd paid it all off and then to be told I'd have to start a new claim to do so wich should have been mentioned at the beginning I wasn't even told I'd have to pay for it first and then dragged out for the money scammed summing it up. Make sure you get all the right info before hand or try others before hand.6. Our experience with the firm is positive. Our transaction was smooth and any questions were fast answered, especially since during the final part of our transaction was conducted under strange circumstances due to COVID19. Fees were as stated upfront and no extra's added.7. Excellent service good value for money. Always answered...
