Customer reviews: 1. In terms of the Mfg firm i used, as i am aware their are multiple offices, I found them to be extremely poor communication and aid. The only thing that seemed to be arriving in my inbox regarding correspondence was invoices for their service. That's baffling. id hope the other locations services are not as poor. The solicitor dealing with my case knew of my situation and its urgency however seemed to all of a sudden be unable to respond to emails once my initial payment and a mere minute "consultation" went through. again my situation was extremely urgent and regarded my safety (therefore my life), which they were aware of, however i had to email multiple times, as well as ring their office to get through to them after hearing nothing from for weeks at a time. it was quickly very clear that i was wasting my time and they had no intention on properly helping me. for the cheek of it, the they - Griffiths - thought it appropriate to email me almost TWO MONTHS post my repeated outreach to herself, to let me know that they would not be able to help me - as if i was WAITING all of that time in-between for her to get back to me! this is after me taking a lot of time filling out paper work, sending sensitive documents and explaining my situation in thorough detail, mind you. extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion. a complete and utter waste of my time and money spent. i am truly disappointed as this firm was recommended to me in high regard. i have since found a much more professional and timely firm and solicitor to deal with my matter which i am very happy with. 2. We have had excellent service and would recommend.3. I used Claire Ross at MFG for the sale of my property. I found her to be very efficient and she acted well. Good communication throughout the process which enabled the sale to complete stress free. Would definitely recommend.4. I appointed MFG to sell my first home recently, and I was so impressed with the swift and efficient service from Sandy Clifford I instructed them to sell another property and purchase our dream home. Sandy kept stressful situations calm with her professional approach, she ensured all our questions, concerns and instructions were dealt with timely, even during her holidays. I honestly don't think we would be in the position we are now without the support from those at MFG and as a family we would like to thank all of you. A very reasonable price for the outstanding service too.5. My buyer instructed MFG for his house purchase. Solicitors you would assume have knowledge of building sign offs for properties with a 10 year new homes warranty, clearly this was not part of their training which caused significant stress and additional work for me and im sure the buyer. Equally being advised about an agreement for date of exchange and only sending the contract the night before and deposit on the day in full awareness my buyer works away for periods and cannot always access his phone. I would advise anybody to avoid using this company as they certainly exacerbate stress levels during what is already a very stressful period.6. Don’t know about would I? I already have recommended Sandy Clifford at mfg! A fantastic, no nonsense lady who got the job done smoothly and efficiently. Only once I wasn’t able to speak to her straightaway so I left a message and she got back to me straight away. Please don’t use estate agent recommended conveyancing solicitors definitely use Sandy Clifford.7. Sandy and the rest of the team where excellent!8. Awful expensive service. Solicitor lost original documents, documents hand delivered to kidderminster office of which they deny, wanted to charge £25.00 admin for me paying £20 cash for land registery search (£45 in total )submitted RX1 incorrectly, amended and re submitted at our cost, emailing solicitors whom no longer work at that company, no chasing up, we had to chase every thing, when questioned Victoria advised us to use other solicitor, we were 3/4 through case and £3600 into it. Passed onto Andrew as victoria was too stressed. Still awaiting findings of our complaint, he also charged for a telephone call discussing our complaint. The only staff who are efficient are those in accounts, chasing their outstanding Bill. Avoid at all costs, my experience was and still is woeful and below standard. They are quick enough to threaten their clients with legal action when questioning their incompetent staff and exuberant costs, what should have been £2000 max was over £5000, Avoid Avoid Avoid9. Poor communication from Victoria was quick enough to get a response when it was their clients but when we wanted to finalise the estate took weeks and various phonecalls to get the matter finalised.10. Quick and efficient conveyancing .. stress free house sale .. many thanks to Sandy and her team11. Not assisted because l was not a customer!12. MFG managed the sale of our family business. They were so supportive through the entire process and we were always kept up to date. I can not fault their knowledge, their patience , professional approach and empathy shown in what was a very emotional transaction for us. We would not hesitate to recommend MFG.13. Thank you for your advice. Once I had made initial contact, I found their response quick and efficient and appreciated their honest advice. I would definitely use their services again. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.14. Javed was our conveyancer and he was extremely responsive, approachable, helpful and professional. Even our estate agent who has been doing this over a decade commented how professional and responsive Javed was compared to other solicitors she encounters daily. A thorough professional, and we could not recommend him, and MFG, highly enough.15. No solicitor is cheap, but when you are charged premium prices and get poor, tardy service with no communication you have reason to be unhappy. Mfg's response to my complaint was to defend their service by threatening to take me to court for non payment of their fees. No discount was offered for a job that took 18 months and should have been completed in six. This is a firm to avoid.
