I have used this company a number of times the staff are brilliant and really helpful . every case they have dealt with for me has been a success Saw an Ad from these guys online regarding being overcharged in a previous case. I already knew that I had been. Whilst it took quite some time to be resolved and the amount received was substantially less than the sum initially expected (through no fault of JG but instead the overloaded ombudsman and their final decision) I was always kept updated by Georgia and am grateful and happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend JG to others in the future. Amazing customer service, helped me recover money from a previous solicitor, even took it to the legal ombudsman for me, very very helpful and kind staff would defiantly use again in future if I had to 10/10 Great service, highly recommend to anyone!! Rubbish company. My case been going on for years now keep delaying it! Then if i pull out i have to pay the fees! Wow! Im very pleased with the service recieved from JG Solicitors. They were very fast acting , and helpfull and would highly recomend them Dealt with my claim promptly and finalised everything much quicker then expected. Highly recommended. Very poor service! Was told my claim was £10k, then £8k, had an offer of 3k I was advised by James that there was more in it! To be offerd nothing. I had to call all the time for updates on my case. Most of the time updates had been sent but I wasn’t informed unless I called. Overall DISAPPOINTING to say the least. Would never use these again. Great friendly service I wasn't expecting eny thing but ended up with my fee's back I would 100% be happy to recommend jg solicitor to eny of my freands and family.
