HAD MONEY FOR SEARCHES, 2 WEEKS LATER ASKED AGAIN THEN REALISED THEY HAD MONEY. ABSOLUTELY USELESS USELESS USELESS3. A very expensive and crafty business. They take too much time to charge higher rates even though the problem can be addressed easily. They convoluted the process which was a simple NMO order defence. But did a professional service in the end never gave an idea of how much it has cost so far and ended up charging me £36,000 with no success in the case even though none of the allegations had any concrete evidence. I would not recommend this firm.4. Very professional5. Never responded to my messages. I used another valuable service provider.6. I would highly recommend Nelson’s Solicitors (Leicester). Danielle Young handled my medical negligence claim which resulted in a successful outcome. Danielle’s wealth of knowledge, kindness, guidance and support has helped so much during this challenging time7. I called to have consultation with regard to litigation case of mine got my the details taken and was told of the fee structure and that I would be contacted. I get a call next day saying they do not want my case as they no capacity and refer me to another firm. Not impressed at all, if this is how Nelsons law firm is treating new customers. Clearly my business is not good enough. I avoid having your time wasted with false hope.9. I contacted Nelson’s for help with a business lease and Amir called me back the same day. He was absolutely amazing throughout and got the whole thing done in record time. He’s the best solicitor that I’ve ever worked with and I would highly recommend him.
