I have known Anastasia since she worked on Harley Street, and at first I was satisfied with her work. But after she moved to Alta MediSpa, everything changed — my experience was a complete disaster. After a lip filler procedure, I was left with visible holes and serious damage to my lips, which became even worse after her attempt to “fix” it. Now my lips look awful, and the overall result has ruined my appearance. This was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I strongly advise others not to waste their money here — I absolutely do not recommend. I first met Anastasia years ago when she worked on Harley Street in London, one of the most prestigious and expensive medical and cosmetic clinic areas in the world. Back then, my first two experiences with her were fine. But after she moved to Alta MediSpa, everything changed — my experience became a complete disaster. She injected hyaluronic acid (lip filler) into my lips, and shortly after, visible holes appeared, as if the lip had been cut. I went back to show her the problem, but she acted as if she didn’t know what was happening. She tried to “fix” it by reinjecting, but things only got worse. Now my lower lip is severely damaged, with an unnatural and “horror-like” appearance. My face has been ruined and this has left me extremely upset. I shared my experience publicly, and in her reply she tried to claim that I was not a client and that there was “no communication.” This is absolutely not true. I communicated directly with Anastasia via WhatsApp and even sent her photos of the damage. I have proof of this. The fact that it was not through email does not make my experience any less real. It is very disappointing to see her deny responsibility instead of addressing the issue properly. I stand firmly by my review.
