I also want to add that while the timeline was not met, and there were times I had to wait for weeks to get an answer because my emails were ignored, I recently have been dealing with a medical negligence case with Nicole. I just wanted to take a moment to thank her for all her help and support throughout this process. While naturally I’m disappointed that the expert evidence did not support a successful claim, I genuinely feel satisfied that every avenue was properly explored and that no stone was left unturned. For me, that has been incredibly important. One of the hardest parts after losing my partner was not fully understanding what had happened or whether more could have been done. Although there has ultimately been no case to pursue, the investigation and expert review process have given me clarity and reassurance that the circumstances were thoroughly examined by the appropriate specialists. After over an hour on the phone, sharing personal details and multiple email follow-ups, they went quiet. I didn’t even talk to a solicitor; I did not go past the enquiry handling team. So incredibly poor customer service.
