He was very supportive all the way through and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough! My case was dealt with by Rachel and her team and I can’t speak highly enough about them. They were brilliant especially Rachel on the day of my case. Would definitely recommend Arranged for Jane to write the Will of an elderly friend. She was thorough, probing and spent a lot of time visiting client at home. Kept to original quote. Very impressed. Based on other reviews it seems that we have had an unfortunate one off experience with this company. After abit of chasing we were able to secure an appointment with Eden, unfortunately only 3 hours before our appointment it was cancelled as Eden was too busy and offered to reschedule in 2 weeks time. This was obviously really disappointing and added stress to the situation we were hoping to resolve with the support from Johnson Astills. Excellent service from very experienced, pleasant and professional staff Very poor service. After initially seeming interested and helpful in assisting with a family law matter, they ceased communicating with me despite my chasing them. Finally, in desperation, I emailed asking if they actually wanted the business and they never replied! Delayed a serious family issue being sorted by several months. Have bought a few houses in the past few years, the service from Johnson Astills was outstanding. I never had to chase Gina and her team once. And the quality of the work was good. Would recommend. I was quoted for a straightforward job at 6 times the going rate. I would highly recommend this Firm of Solicitors. They dealt with my case in a professional and understanding manner and were able to allay my worries at a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to use this Firm again.
