Brabners Feedback Analysis: 1. Brabners have treated me very unprofessionally and not what I would expect from any law firm, I have asked regulatory authorities to check their conduct.2. Rovina and her assistants gave us a very personal service. Obviously, it cost more than doing the wills ourselves, but we felt that everything was completed correctly, and some items that we would not have known about were included.3. We attempted to instruct them on an urgent case, but the partner used delaying tactics for three months and so we had to go elsewhere. If they do not want to take on a case, it would be ethical to say so.4. Very nice office space5. Not cheap but very good service, the young lady para-legal who handled us was excellent.6. Joe Ailion at Brabners did two of my cases in the family court over a year, getting a positive result in both areas. He was very detailed and pragmatic. I also got much-needed emotional support during the process. Joe and his colleagues are very professional and know what they are doing. If I ever need legal assistance in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them again.7. The most professional, friendly, and polite law firm, with excellent staff and client care and satisfaction as key to their service.8. All associates and administrative teams have been very helpful and responsive to all needs.9. Super efficient and knowledgeable Partners and directors advised on several very complicated issues with tight deadlines. A much better experience than other law firms we have used.10. I had an extremely bad experience with Joe Ailion. He seemed inexperienced and gave advice that seemed more of an essay than anything practical or helpful. It did not address the real problems I was facing, and I honestly did not think he knew how to handle the situation properly. Would not recommend.11.
