Very polite and clear communication. Laura was understanding and great! No interruptions and was very lovely. If you need any help with anything, express solicitors are the ones to go to. They went for the wrong company and closed the case. The service was great you were very informed, friendly and precise, thank you very much you have been so patient and understanding. Spoke over the phone with Ben who made the whole situation seem much less daunting which was massively helpful. He explained everything very clearly and seemed genuinely concerned for my best outcome. I did not feel properly supported as a client, and the overall service did not meet my expectations. This is based on my personal experience, and I would advise others to carefully consider their options before choosing this firm. Mike Middleton and the express solicitors family/team at this place are amazing, they took the time to hear and understand what had happened and I needed help with and were patient and kind and honestly able to answer any query I had too.
