Had a case for months, massive signs of neglect in my property, then they did not go to court, verbally sounding reassuring over the phone "we promise you the money, about £1000" and then did not get the report they needed, refused to get a different surveyor, or support the case being continuously made. Very frustrating, waste of my time and should have chosen another damages solicitor.2. Shout out to Anita Khuram, head of immigration, who has been my spouse visa solicitor; she is very supportive, helpful, empathetic, and accountable during the entire process, and never fails to provide immediate responses even when we drop messages late. She is definitely a GEM, and I recommend her for immigration visas, 10 out of 10.3. 2.0 rating; solicitors, ongoing below 1 year with all problems, stayed silent, troubled, and given poor results, stay clear; waiting now4. 1.0 rating; highly wouldn’t recommend using this law firm been in contact with them via email and through the live chat worst communication ive ever experienced emails arent punctually incorrect i have been awarded a £700 claim and they are taking 50% so they are leaving me with peanuts i was informed i would receive my claim by the 24th of September 2025 at 5pm london time zone they also dropped that they have received the first sum of my claim i did my research and the first payment should be awarded to the claimant on multiple occasions they went back on what they have emailed me i have a mental health condition and i shouldnt be having to deal with this stress5.
