The pace of communication is very slow. You don't get to know for a month what's going on until you ask. In my case there was a little chance of getting the deposit back after the case was closed as the landlord was a dodgy company that could close business any time, but thanks to the slow pace of the firm it ensured they closed their business even before the case could be filed. 3. Poor. I understand perfectly well that solicitors cannot take on every case, that is not the issue. The issue is the astonishing lack of professionalism displayed by PR Scully & Co, specifically by Jacqui Poole. Instead of receiving a clear and lawful reason for declining my matter, I was met with abrupt one-line emails, spelling errors, and no explanation whatsoever....
