Client feedback compilation - I recently had a house purchase done via this firm. It was the first time I've dealt with Hay & Kilner on various acquisitions of houses and land (but not for me, it was for relatives). Communication sometimes had missed the mark in all those cases. I can now say though that it has been drastically improved for my latest property purchase through the firm. My main point of contact in the firm was Scott Oliver - Paralegal, who has always been very diligent and prompt when answering any questions and giving reliable advice. They explained everything so clearly, answered any questions I had, and clarified any queries I had. It was our first meeting in their new premises. The only criticism from us was finding parking to be more difficult than it had been before (Hay & Kilner, Review in Progress, n.d.). The support Hay & Kilmer gave us while we were fighting a Court case was worth its weight in gold. I would especially like to thank Louisa Beresford, who guided us through a very difficult time. Her dedication and integrity were second to none! We won the case easily, but we could not have done it without her legal knowledge and help. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Company!! Good morning I would say james at Hay & Kilner is the most helpful guy I've tried. We have used james 4 or 5 times now regarding moving house or selling properties. Most solicitors do not answer your calls or even get back to you leaving you worried and upset. I've recommended James to everyone who asks me.
