Client feedback overview: very slow and not proffessional at all they are full of them selfs and when challenged on matters they back each other up and drag it out as long as they can do not use this rubbish firm all out of date paperwork needs updating every time you will have appointment after appointment to sign your life away I wish I went else where instead of listening to there rubbish advisers and good reviews from other solicitors they have complete idiots that work for them that have not got a clue do not use this scummy company all they want is money and did not care about anything else in my case they are very two faced. They have no empathy for any case and treat you like a number. avoid this rubbish firm!!!! 2. Professional and efficient solicitors. I would highly recommend Sills and Betteridge, particularly, Sania who took care of my case. She was extremely professional and kept me updated on everything.3. Don't bother if you are legally aided; they're not good at all, this is the second time they have messed up on my case!4. Couldn't recommend the Scunthorpe office highly enough especially Kirit, harriet and Rachel who have been nothing but amazing you've always answered any questions I have and kept me updated with every part of the process in my spousal maintenance case. You always reassured me when I was stressing out throughout the case. Even though your very professional team you acted like I was your friend and we've known each other for years.
