Affinity Customer Feedback Summary – Kew Little Pigs Farm Ltd. 1. Excellent work from Affinity, they've been truly outstanding. After a 20-year relationship with my current host, they let me down, and Affinity had to build me the greatest possible website from scratch. They migrated over 70,000 products for me, and all my online SEO was saved, and sadly, I did not get any extra. It is unrivalled, and I can't thank the team behind it enough. I was very excited by their proposed teasers, and they did not disappoint. It is confidently the greatest money I ever spent on my business. Highly commend. 2. Our experience wasn't good at all, Affinity as our host for our website delivered it nine months late. When they launched it, the site was so slow that it was allocated a deicated server, making it faster but still far from good. The organic SEO was also badly affected, leading to little traffic, and their PPC guy was losing us money on a consistent basis. For a year, we struggled to resolve the issues caused by Affinity and finally gave up because our business was dying. We found a new supplier, who acted swiftly to fix their mess - the technical issues; site speed, and our SEO is now back to where it was before we started using Affinity. Affinity's representatives talked well, but they delivered nothing. 3. Curious Helms has employed Affinity, mainly Matt Howman, for about 8 months as a direct result. We've tried to make our SEO and our digital marketing strategy for our holiday cottages website more brilliant. Matt has gone above and beyond in every case; Professional, fast, friendly, and just plain awesome. Not a function these days. As cold Agency who work to rule, they have stood out as a beacon of light, and their input has helped us achieve our goals. We are thankful to have them as our 4th emergency service. Security does not feel better. Ideologically. Peace of mind has never been better! 4. Bloom Stays has been collaborating with the Affinity team since May 2023 to bolster our PPC and SEO. Affinity consistently took a new, and a new and a new, charge on new ideas, especially Dan's Google Ad approaches and Andy's technical SEO support. Their reporting platform has been an eye-opener; it's now the one-stop shop for us to see how our website is being used, what our guests are looking for - dates, amenities, properties, etc., in real-time, as well as our Paid Searches, without the hassle of navigating GA4. We're happy with the results in the last few years and look ahead to future projects. and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5.
