I asked for the invoice to be reviewed and it was subsequently amended. Had I not checked it carefully, I would have been charged around £700 more than expected. I felt this should have been picked up earlier during the billing process, which would have saved time and stress. Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing invoices or considering other legal options. 2. Anna and Claire are the best most welcoming front of house / receptionist staff ever. What an excellent duo to have as the face of Nelsons 3. Lewis Pepper handled the conveyancing on my latest house purchase. Professional, thorough & kept us constantly updated & was easy to contact. 4. Nottingham Litagation Dept . Avoid , in my opinion the firm dishonesty informed me they could get better insurance legal rates , they knew from Previous interaction with the insurer they couldn’t . They then did not sign insurer terms and l was left with entire bill .? Ongoing legal dispute 5. Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion and my experience avoid Nelson’s Nottingham litigation dept. Extremely poor standard of work and no expertise shown, bills increased significantly without being informed despite limit set and even billed twice for same days and work . On going Complaint . This is my experience and opinion of Nelson’s litigation dept Nottingham, they know how to contact me to discuss their appalling lack of service . 6. Cannot thank enough Emma Zukowska enough for taking the time to give advice and offer alternative routes where help could be provided. She didn’t have to do this and a simple sorry we cannot help but she took the time to give professional feedback and offer alternative solutions that maybe more suited for the matter. Very refreshing to know it’s not all about clocking the hours. Would definitely recommend them. 7. I recently needed the services of a Personal Injury Solicitor, unfortunately the first Solicitors employed gave very poor service and failed to communicate in a timely manner with little empathy or understanding. Nelsons Solicitors and Hannah Manewell then took over my claim and the difference was immediate, with a professional caring approach from Hannah who took time to read and understand the claim, giving regular updates and excellent communication, leading to a successful conclusion to my claim.
