Our account manager Lucie Reason has been great at scheduling regular meetings to keep us informed of all new features that she knows will enhance our business offering. What a terrible disingenuous firm. If you write an honest but negative review of a law firm which they themselves emailed you and requested you to right these guys will take it down if the law firm lies to them in their complaint. They email you saying you have until midnight that day to respond or your review MAY be taken down but they take it down well before the deadline and don’t bother responding. Simply put like many review sites which are packed with fake positive reviews it seems we’ve unfortunately found another monetising the fake review industry for business. Lucie Reason has been fantastic from the very beginning. Always there to help and goes above and beyond. Cartridges Law joined Review Solicitors last year and we are so pleased we did.
