Jumping through hoops, passing through the pillar and post, right to answer machines, demanded letter of administration of my late husband. Paid £300 for a sheet of paper sent it over and still no response even 10 days later. Always on sick leave or holiday. Can’t get to speak to anyone, so unprofessional really.
