Been nearly 4 years since we started going thorough probat have not heard from them and no answer emails or calling me back we. They said they would would not reco.d these for probat3.5.3. My son and daughter in law have just completed on there sale and purchase and instrcted petra and deepak on both. Were kept informed throughout everthing went very smoothly on what could have been a difficult leasehold purchase. Amanda covered when Deepak was on leave and again, kept everyone updated. I instructed Alsters Kelley to create a clean break order, several delays and the lack of transparency resulted in my ex wife reconsidering her position due to delays. I had asked for copies of current spend to date which took them over 2 months to receive. I had to log a complaint with the ombudsman to get my full money back which i normally wouldn't do but the fact they charged me for below sub standard service is not acceptable from a so called reputable solicitor - lack of transparency and lack confidence are two things that i will take away from this dreadful experience. Please do your research before using this company as i went to another solicitor and i didn't suffer from any of these issues!9. We needed a fast track no nonsense property sale as we live abroad. From the onset of the sale the staff at Alsters Kelly were responsive, articulate and very professional. Goals were achieved. I would recommend there services without reservation. Well done team!10.
