Customer reviews: I have bought a car, a good car, in good conditions and a good price. The salesperson was honest, Verity, able to test drive on normal roads and motorway which is great. 2. Not recommended. We went to visit and look at a vehicle, all was fine and the staff seemed welcoming. Test drive was offered & we agreed we’d come back at a suitable time for us. I went without my husband but wasn’t to sure as I know minimal about cars. I asked if it was okay if my dad looked properly and had a test drive he said yes. When texting he told me ‘ will he buy straight away’ i said he will look and see, and seemed disappointed saying they werent allowed to come back again and that only 1 test drive was permitted per customer. Dodgy3. Bought a 2015 BMW from this agency and had a great experience. The car is in excellent condition and offers really good value for the price. They gave me a great deal, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to others.4. I purchased a peugeto 208 72reg from this company and had an amazing experience. I paid for the car in full, and the whole process was smooth, quick, and completely transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprises. The staff was friendly and very helpful, an all-around excellent service. What really amazed me was how fast everything moved. I got my car in less than 24 hours after purchasing it, even though I live over 66 miles away. This truly exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was completed quickly . I really liked how simple the whole experience was. Overall, I highly recommend this company. Do not buy a car off this dealership the car had problems when it was sold, but the dealer said don't come back to me if there's a problem contact Handler warranty company, which I did and they declined my case the item was covered in their documents, and they said it was age related, (yes it was sold like that and it's a second hand car) the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on, and when you go back to the the dealer they say they will help , but when it comes to paying for it the won't and just fob you off with lies. 7. I had a great experience at Simo Car Sales Ltd. I visited after seeing a car in Auto Trader and I bought it straight away as it was flawless. The car was immaculate and drove superbly, and the staff were very honest and polite. I would buy from them again. Five stars thank you.8. Fara at Simo Car Sales Ltd is a lovely family-run business with genuine people. I was very pleased to purchase a car from them. They even had a new MOT done for us so that we could have the car for the whole 12 months. However, the MOT flagged the break pads, and they were changed straight away. When we picked the car up we were given all the receipts for the parts used. We were also given a warranty with the car. I felt very safe dealing with them. Very honest, kind and professional, I would definitely recommend Fara and his family to my friends and family, and I wish them every success in the future. Thankyou, we love our new car 9. I test drove my car on Tuesday. Asked for full service belt change and full mot, drove off with it on Friday. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, even cleaned inside and out. Thanks to all.13. saw a good ford fiesta for sale here so went for a test drive and instantly wanted the car, perfect service from Fara who helped very step of the way, very friendly and professional, highly recommended, thanks for everything 14. Extremely rude people working here. I wanted to look at about 3 or 4 cars that I had shortlisted but I kept getting brushed off as a non serious buyer. The owner also refused to answer any questions about the cars and buying process until I put a deposit down- totally unreasonable! Stay well clear of these cowboys!!!15.
