Wrigley Claydon Solicitors Feedback: 1. Purchased a property through a limited company, and everything went well. Some delays were experienced but with a little pressure from the other sale, we got there in the end. Sana Ahmad kept us informed throughout the whole process and even out of hours to get the completion done on time. Recommend for domestic and commercial Conveyancing. Thanks, Sana and her team at Wrigley Claydon 2.Shan Shahriar helped me so much I was never off the phone to her she was so helpful thank you 3. The worst company I've ever dealt with. I spoke with them on the phone. They came to be over when another solicitors was because a BSA flat, but when I spoke to Wrigley Claydon they said they can do flats that are over 6 floors. During the 12 weeks I had to wait they wouldn't answer the phone once, Every time I called they put me through to an answer phone. No one want's to speak to anyone. I tried to speak to them on many occasions. After the 12 weeks, the company turns round and says they can't do work on BSA flats. 12 weeks of my time wasted. I would advice not using Wrigley Claydon when carrying out searches etc, the service they provided was shocking. After having everything taken over, it looks like very little was completed within the 12 weeks. I am now using Setfords and it's like chalk and cheese in the level of service provided. 4. Really happy with their service. 5. Unprofessional, not helpful, Very disappointed 6. From the beginning to the end Wrigley Claydon solicitors in relation to the sale of a property were absolutely 100% rubbish at every point they do not have one redeeming feature avoid at all costs 7. I have recommended 5 of my mortgage clients of mine. Everyone complained and said they had received poor ever service from a conveyancer solicitor. I apologised to all my clients and promised I am not going to recommend this solicitor company again. 8. The worst experience i have ever had The worst customer service ever They never contacted me i would always have to continuously call and chase up for updates I sent a form waited 2 weeks heard nothing do called them to say we need supporting documents not a single tome in 2 weeks did they contact me to ask me for the documents, i would not recommend them after 4 months i had to just get another solicitor 9. Shan was very friendly and helped me deal with a difficult house sale especially dealing with 2 companies who were particularly poor on communications. Liked her willingness to meet me to sort out and explain issues rather than just rely on telephone/email communications. Having first dealt with Wrigley Claydon following my dad's passing 2 years ago, I have had great service and would recommend them to anyone. 10. First time used Wrigley Claydons, very happy with service provided by Sadia and Mohammed. Have always kept us up to date with progresses and always happy to explain everything in detail when I've not been sure of things. Will surely use them again in future. 11. Not very helpful. 12. Excellent in all things. 13. Very friendly people used them for decades, parking round the back for 4 cars. 14.
