They’re professional, efficient, friendly, and great value for money, and I wouldn’t use anyone else for conveyancing. I live elsewhere and the library is a gift from a relative. Every transaction has gone smoothly thanks to their clear communication and attention to detail. She made the changes quickly and accurately. - Very Good Service - Would use them again. However, three years after writing this review, Knapman & Co has closed down. Very good legal advice, useful handholding through house purchase and sale and will process. However, I have heard that the solicitors' firm has since closed down, so I am not sure if they were left in the lurch. Rebecca's death has been dealt with by Lisa Mitchell very carefully and compassionately. I felt I was kept up to date with the process (I was the executor) and the costs were not excessive. This was a difficult time and Lisa made it more manageable for me. Also, I would be happy to recommend this firm to my family in the future. Despite some improvement, I get the impression from my bank that many poor reviews are genuine (I can't see mine now). I asked this firm to gain and respond to information from my bank and clients, as my house finally went on the market. After weeks of me sending emails and making phones and visits, they proved so incompetent that I was forced to travel 110 miles to collect a document that they had been incapable of putting in an envelope and posting. My buyers were exasperated. The bank had to email me directly. Unhelpful, vague and unprofessional. Use knapp 1 2 3
