We were left with a sub-par product and 30k down. Kevin King was abusive to me when I had to ask for my app as well as his failure to complete it. I am very grateful to God that I learned my lesson. I cannot imagine that they continue to be in business. I would be willing to share the email trails if anyone is interested. Createanet has undergone a lot of changes, and if my first experience was my first would have been my last. They have walked away with their payment, and I have nothing to show off. We paid them more than 30k only to have our app blocked, as they refused us access. They no longer receive our emails, and the staff does not receive our calls. I need concrete actions to be taken, lest I involve the law (Anonymous, n.d). I promise to share the issue via social media to ensure that it does not happen to anyone who Thanks to Big and Kevin here. Despite the project being rather difficult, they did a fine job. I am happy that I did not lose my courtesy, regardless of the treatment I received. I am on and off with them, but I am not worried about losing them as my partner, as they never deliver the project fully (Anonymous, n.d). Kevin is unusually rude and unprofessional. I am disappointed with the company's manner of handling me and my needs. These people lie and deliver nothing. I regret having Zoom through them, and I am not sure if they will achieve what I requested from them (Anonymous, n.d). Supporting the creation of an app for my school was a horrible experience. If I had powers to ban them, I would go ahead and do it. I am still surprised at how they handled my app and their little knowledge of the school environment. Createanet has never delivered anything worth praising. They always deliver, but not what was requested (Anonymous, n.d). My parents have been disappointed by their services since our request was not delivered. I am so annoyed by their services, and I wish we found someone else. The team might have worked in good time. Still, I would not recommend them to anyone. Kevin and his team are the most disappointing app creator I have ever come across - so many problems, being told when they will be ready and they are not.
