Client feedback summary is as follows: I paid upfront for a website and 3 months SEO. Was advised by Steve that I should try and get access to my previous domain which I couldn't. I asked him many times to design the website on a new domain but he has constantly refused. It's been over a year now and I'm £1500 worse off with no website at all. Thoroughly disappointed as I expected much more from Steve. fantastic service, Steve has done a couple of websites for me a number of leaflet, poster, logo and company letterheads designs etc and always been top notch. I would fully recommend Brandshout were brilliant, Steve was in constant touch with my and we worked together to make the perfect website for my business. Great service, and exceptional price. I contacted Mr Willingham owner of "brandshout" as I wanted to use a local company to design and develop a ecommerce website..we arrange a meeting and all seemed well...it was only after I had deposited £1000 that I was suddenly made aware that the work is outsourced out of the uk of which if I was made aware at the start would not have proceeded I am now in the process of issuing county court summons to reclaim my money back! Steve and the team at Brand Shout are my go to web design company. To date Brand Shout has built 5 websites. Each site has varied in design requirements from taking a current website and offering a fresh, modern revision to complete build including online check out / product ordering capabilities and fully SEO optimised. Nothing is too much for Steve & the team and the speed and attention to detail web build process is second to none! Each site has been built to deadline (and some of the sites have been extremely tight deadlines!) and always on budget without any hidden costs or price variations. For these reasons I would highly recommended Brand Shout! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. So happy with my website and would definitely recommend to others.
