Feedbacks summary 1. Auxillis sorted everything out and took all the stress away. Very easy drop off and also collection. At faraday mill ARC it was very helpful and also they cleaned my car and gave me a full tank. 100% recommend.2. A-mazing service!! My Car Insurance Company dropped me off to Faraday Mill Accident Repairs Ltd, Plymouth. What a team!!! Special shout out to Debs who was liaising with me throughout and even sorting out all the other suppliers and took ALL the stress of claiming on our insurance. The drivers were top-notch, came to the house, collected the car, were polite and professional and a pleasure to talk to. NOTHING was too much trouble. AND they even valeted my car before bringing it back and we have 2 dogs so this was probably not an easy task and went well above what was expected - thank you so much to the team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!3. Just to dive in, car went in to have some repair work done to the rear quarter and alloy. We made it clear that there was ceramic coating on the paintwork and that it needed to be re-instated once the repair was carried out and that the car had to not be washed other than where the repair was being done, this was ignored and the whole car was washed, damaging the rest of the ceramic coating and leaving the paintwork ruined(see photos) (see photos)when we picked the car up we noticed scuff marks and the paint all around the car to be wrecked and they wouldn't take any responsibility for the paintwork being ruined. Paint was missing in places and there was a big scuff on the arch, they missed a huge dint on the rear quarter, there are massive overspray marks inside the door and roof, they weren't rectified, They took the car back in to "polish" areas where it was really scratched. However this didn't solve the problem that the ceramic coating was now not only gone from the area of repair but the whole car. We caught them on our dashcam reving the car up from COLD, damaging the engine, throwing the polish bottle onto the windscreen of the car, slagging us off, slagging off their manager, they have no respect for your vehicle or you, If you care about your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!4. Amazing work from start to finish . I don't know the names of the guys who actually completed the work but a" big shout out " to them because the car looks brand new again . The respray was very good the repairs and getting my screen back on can't sort out had to be done by the Honda dealer,but other than that the service was good. Thank you.6. Good job done after all the delays. I found the staff very professional and offered excellent customer service. They also gave regular updates to keep me in the loop. Had to wait for over 3 weeks and was done when they promised but the work was done well. Good job!.7. Not so good in the end.., ignored the customer.., wouldn't keep my car in secure location overnight.. Not good when you have a classic car .8. My Motability car has been with them since the middle of March to have the repairs carried out. I could easily get hold of them, and they have provided me with regular text updates The repairs and respray was very good ,getting my screen back on can't sort out had to be done by the Honda dealer,but other than that the service was good. Thank you.9. Rubbish company. They are liars . They broke my windscreen but said they picked my car up like it. But never had pictures of it when they picked it up . The only picture's they had of the cracked windscreen were in the shop. When questioned as to why no pictures were taken when they first picked it up they replied it's company policy to take pictures when the car gets to their shop. My car was picked up on a really rainy day and the guy had allready filled all.the paperwork in when i met him by my car. He never went inside my car becaus i had the keys. We sat in the courtesy car while he got me 2 sign 2 forms. I then gave him my keys and he got out the courtesy car and got into mine. I tjen got in the drivers side of the courtesy car a parked in the carpark.when i got my car back the first time i noticed the cracked screen.You could only see the crack from the inside. Proving matey who picked the caf up lied and doctered the paperwork. They did not believe me and basically said i was lying. Then after all this hassle it had to go back because they never did their job properly and the door wouldn't open from the inside and they left lacquer marks on the door frame. Gotta say the 2nd fella who dropped my car back and then.pucked it up and dropped it back was spot on. Shame the telephone staff was not like him. The only reason I used them is because my insurance said I had to use them. Avoid if you can.10. Geoff was amazing, his customer service is outstanding and the workmanship and finish was first class. A little empathy from one of the receptionists wouldn’t have gone amiss but all in all I’m happy with the end result.11. I received impeccable service from a friendly and helpful team. The car came back looking like new. Well done!12. 5 star service, great communication, brilliant finish - thank you all that work there, especially Paul and Jeff - am blown away with my beautiful van.13. Get the car back today, it was lovely, to Faraday Mill arc have done an amazing job with repairing the car it looks brand new again.
