Strongly advise not to use the conveyancing team. Unfortunate experience with them as a buyer twice. Not infulsing how they are, always slow and uncorperative in wanting to make the purchase quicker. They've also missed loads of opportunities twice to get ahead and make a house purchase easy. Both times when the sellers have used this firm, we and everyone else in the chain has been ready and waiting for weeks, only for the team here to be dragging their heels. I fully appreciate the process is long-winded and unnecessarily messy, but the team here make it even worse. They're just so unresponsive and uninterested in getting things done smoothly. If you're not worried about a smooth sale, willing to take the risk of the chain collapsing, and enjoy slow responses, a lack of initiative, and energy then this is the team for you! Update: Given the response from the business below, and their inability to read the comment I posted I just wanted to emphasis for anyone, my solicitor and the solicitor of our buyer were perfect. Communicative and supporting of our move, it was you at Warner Goodman who failed to inform your client - the seller - of information and details they needed leading to long delays. It's a shocking service when buyers in the chain have to call YOU asking to get a move on as you're ignoring calls and emails from the chain, agents and solicitors. This is twice this has happened where sellers of properties we're buying have used you, and twice now you've provided terrible service, to us and your clients. Do better next time for your clients sake. 11. Great service from John Blake and his team. They were fast and focused on my house purchase. Highly appreciated. I love conveyancing.
