Thank you Jennifer! Yesterday, I spoke with Richard and Freya to get advice about a lease renewal for the commercial property. The company has been very impressive starting from the introduction to the final lease agreement, a process that is usually complicated. Clifton Ingram has been valuable to me, especially Richard and Freya. Less than 24 hours after my first email, Richard mentioned the asked scope of work and estimated costs. The company has been excellent in their consultancy services, with an excellent eye for detail. My landlord even remarked to me what a wonderful solicitor I had! There have now been none and I will definitely get back to you in case there is need. As the original estimate was bang on, I thought I should say thank you to everyone at Clifton Ingram. After agreeing almost everything in divorce mediation with my (ex-wife) I was advised by the mediator to get legal advice on the proposed settlement without delay. My girlfriend's divorce solicitors (Family First, Oxford) suggested Clifton Ingram. I did a Zoom meeting with Rashi Dawson at Clifton Ingram. I found Ms Dawson likable and professional and she helped me understand some things I was unsure of. She followed up with a letter summarising our meeting and her legal advice. I think the meeting was 2h and the cost for the work was very reasonable (by lawyers’ rates standards!). I would recommend. I was referred to Rashi Dawson when I was in the court process and I found myself between a rock and a hard place. By the time she consulted with me, I had gone through a lot of nonsense in negotiations with the other party, which was almost a full-time job. Rashi always went through all available options with me, always bearing in mind the sense of urgency and consideration for my mental health. She also made it a routine to inform me about how much the work would cost after every session, just to make sure I was comfortable and on top of what was being spent. If you are going through family proceedings such as divorce, I am so sorry, and I recommend you reach out to Rashi. She is not the cheapest professional out there, but she is worth it. A wonderful team. Super friendly paper trail. Recommend to anyone needing legal help - we used them to help get a tenant out our property. Very knowledgeable with great communication. Very clear and efficient advice, a great legal company. Please note that this is all the paper trail (2022).
