Customer testimonial summary: 1. First class. I've used this company twice now to scrap a car and have had a perfect experience each time. Excellent service, great communication with helpful, friendly and efficient staff.2. Not nice peoeple, avoid the place !!3. On January 23, 2026, I handed over my car to this company. As per the agreement (within 24 hours), I was to receive money. Three days later, I’ve not been paid yet. They are not responding to my calls either. This is unprofessional, and I won’t use this firm again.4. Poor experience. Collected my car on Friday and was promised payment, but no money was paid on the agreed time. After the collection, they stopped answering phone calls. I called many times — not once were my calls answered. This act led to stress and worry. I sent emails and gave them a clear deadline. After I threatened them to take legal action (Small Claims Court) did they send the money. This is unprofessional and unreliable. It’s not what a legitimate business does. If I had not asked and threatened legal action, I doubt if I would have been paid at all. My advice: Do NOT use this company unless you are ready to chase your money and deal with silence after collection. There are many other scrap companies that can pay and communicate. Very disappointing experience.5. Very rude staff and no communication.6. Waste of time. I took along 2 big (spent) Explorer batteries off my boat. They weighed in at 111kg, 55.5kg each. I was offered a derisory £10 for both. Told them to keep the batteries and £10 because they'd been weighing my car boot down for a week and I was fed up with carting them around. But I know I should have got at least £40 for them. Got the impression being female didn't exactly go in my favour. Would not recommend.7. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER! Accepted a quote online and waited 3-4 days for a call to arrange collection. Call never arrived despite numerous chasing and calling them, they never answer the phone and when they do all they say is someone will call you back - which they do not! Also chased by email and using their online web form again no answer! TIME WASTERS! & COWBOYS!8. Accept a quote but never collect! 3rd time this has happend9.
