I will Rather using phone because they sounded to be lazy and not Bothered. And suddenly,...they will Drop you're Case. Without warning. And without an explanation at the very last minute when you need them most. If you read there reviews from previous clients of there's... Many, Many of them. Tend to Comment on how Dodgy they are. makes you wonder if this law firm is Trying to take on as many clients as possible, and try to do as little as possible to earn the Money. My experience with them was quite simple. They sign you up to there lawfirm. And complete the paperwork and all the Documents...ect Then they ignore you and when you speak with them over the phone. They sound lazy and not Bothered... That's my Experience with them... Save you're Money and Time, as it will be wasted down the drain with these Strange and weird people.... AVOID ! AVOID ! Id also like to add she gave me guidance upon my current situation - Not straight in about costs etc - Just genuine care and support. Which I whole heartedly appreciate during this stressful time. Highly recommend. Thank you!3. Star 1 Extremely disappointed with the advice received regarding a Family Legal Aid referral. Despite being in receipt of qualifying benefits and having clear evidence of domestic abuse (including economic abuse and neglect), the advisor provided false information. ​I was incorrectly told that I had 'no chance' of proving domestic abuse without police reports and was pressured to switch to expensive private services. This is factually wrong under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 and Practice Direction 12J. It felt like a predatory attempt to exploit a vulnerable person for profit rather than providing the legal aid support they are contracted to offer. Avoid if you are seeking genuine legal aid assistance. P S Even more recommend to avoid after this lengthy excuse of reply that is a lie. Simply False.
