Tubbs & Co Feedback: 1. Called to enquire if they could help - was told off loudly and rudely by an arrogant man in the criminal defense unit for not having a criminal case - shocking customer service’ 2. Tubbs & Co took me on, then went on holiday for a month and a half. They then dropped the case on me, stating a conflict of interest that they had not spotted. They were unapologetic and very strongly implied that since I was able to afford them I must be a criminal - ergo - bad people stay away from small town solicitors 3. Just completed on a purchase. Ian Houseman was fantastic from start to finish. I have bought and sold many houses over the years, this house purchase was by far the best experience with a solicitor I’ve had. Ian was clear, responsive and reasonable. I would highly recommend him. 4. Heard Nick was a straight talking solicitor so approached him to ask some questions about my business. He dealt with me so quickly and gave me some great advice. Would definitely recommend him if you need a solicitor. 5. Samantha Drayton and the ladies have been brilliant and gone above and beyond to get our house sale done. It has been a very difficult transaction but they worked so hard and we are so grateful for everything Paula and Agnes. 6. Friendly, responsive staff who took a lot of time to ensure smooth completion of my property purchase with excellent service. Found the advice and responses I received to be very helpful and detailed, would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a house. 7. Tubbs and Co helped me out so much could not fault them at all.
