Feedback 1: I would avoid these solicitors like the plague had nothing but problems with a deputyship application for our grandmother the case was still no closer to being sorted 12 months later when our grandmother sadly passed away last week we were constantly ignored despite numerous emails and phone calls which were never returned until my sister emailed them to tell them of our nans death, they then replied to tell us despite the matter literally having had no progress whatsoever that they would be sending over there final bill from nans estate, Anne Marie is condescending and rude , I find then to be disgusting in there actions and thoroughly unprofessional, I personally will never use there services again for any price

Right from our initial consultation, it was evident that Andrew possessed a deep understanding of commercial property law. From a previous negative experience, I have learnt to never use a residential solicitor to handle a commercial property sale. Andrew and the team at Wilkes provide an excellent level of expertise and will not let you down!

Feedback 6: Called into the Wilks Partnership to request a Will for a family member that had passed away the request was made on Monday on Wednesday I recieved a call to say my Will was ready for collection a lovely quick friendly service
Feedback 7: The firm has been working on a probate matter. Must say I am incredibly disappointed in the service. Very slow to respond to emails and also very slow in carrying out their work. Did not action things until they has been prompted and reminded, most disappointingly lack the basic tax knowledge which nearly cost the estate c£70k unnecessarily if I had not intervened. People who may not have an accounting background would accept the solicitors advice, I wander how much this lack of knowledge has costs previous clients.

She took the time to explain my position and also took the time to check the facts and confirm with a second call.
