Taking time to understand my situation from initial first call to closure of the agreement.4. Used for conveyancing. Sold a 4 bedroom house and brought another. All staff, from Kiri our solicitor, to all her assistants and reception were superb, a clear quote was provided which they stuck to, proving clear communication and answers in a timely fashion. They were always happy to chat through any queries. The chain nearly collapsed due to the buyers solicitors being very unprofessional but they somehow managed to make everything work. thank you all5. I have awarded this company one star because there is no Option for zero stars, I was charged almost £500 for nothing in return. I was told that the solicitor had to read through my Documents and this is where the hours were billed. However I had no response regarding the documents, no advice and once I told them I wasn’t happy I was still offered no advice. I received a huge email That would’ve taken more time to write than actually helping me with my problem. Certainly do not recommend, I have since found much more helpful Solicitors who actually look out for the people and not just their pockets6. Kiri and her team were excellent. Professional, responsive and timely. I would certainly recommend them to anyone buying/selling a house.7. The worst. I hired this company to help me with a client refusing to pay my invoices. They assigned me one of their staff members who invoiced me for every phone call and email he wrote. I made all the payments including the court fee. They then changed the staff to another staff who charged me more than the previous one did, with all this we still didn't go to court. One time I was 2 weeks late on paying one of their invoices, they threatened to take me to court and I was like, “Are these people kidding me?” I've paid the court fee to take the client to court and we still don't have a court date and you are threatening to take me to court. I had to tell them to stop as the whole thing was already killing me and draining me of my finances and health. Please stay away from them, they don't know what justice is and all they care about is money and not justice for their clients. Very bad services. What a big mistake I made calling them to help! I almost died in the process.8. I wouldnt give any stars only that option isn't avalible. Absolutely rubbish! Would not recommed for family court. Graeme Barclay was working against the client and losing the case on purpose.9. I am writing to express our profound gratitude for the exceptional service Warner Goodman provided during the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Their team's professionalism and efficiency made what could have been a stressful process smooth and straightforward. Thank you to Kiri and her team for their diligence and attention to detail in handling the complexities of both transactions. Their guidance and clear communication throughout were invaluable, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. This is the second time Warner Goodman have handled a property sale for me, and it was a lot more stressful this time, due to external reasons. Thankfully, Warner Goodman managed to get everything in place, just in time to complete, so I am very happy with the outcome.11. We were pleased with the service we had from Warner Goodman. All staff polite and helpful. Ours was a long and drawn out process for multiple reasons and we found it very stressful. It would have been helpful to get a weekly (or so)update but I realise that they were very busy. I did feel a bit of a nuisance emailing myself to ask questions. When things needed to be done quickly at the end Kiri went the extra mile to make sure everything was done at speed to get everything done in time. As a former service improvement lead in cancer services and looking at the service analytically I would think it would be helpful for clients if the assistant solicitors emailed clients at regular intervals just to let them know the status quo. Always willing to pick up the phone and answer queries.13. The conveyancing team helped us navigate what turned out to be a protracted and complex transaction to finally purchase the property we wanted. Their professionalism and persistance ensured the process moved as fast as possible despite issues with other parties in the transaction. We got there in the end, thanks to the Warner Goodman team, and we are delighted!14. Great company, and great staff. So attentative and so professional15. Tried calling here multiple times across their various offices as I had an urgent legal matter which I was trying to sought advice for. Phone was never picked up. Voicemails left never followed up on.
