However this account of the appalling experience with DO is totally genuine.. our experience seems to follow a similar pattern to others. 1) you lost my mother’s will. 2) you write and ask me if I plan to contest her disinheritance wishes in the most unprofessional way and fail to acknowledge my response. The sale of her property and the lack of communication with regards to it; almost making us feel like a family we had no say in what we wanted with regards to the sale price and recommended an estate agents with NO HIGH STREET PREMISES after wondering why nothing was happening. It was some of the worst marketing I have ever seen. No views in five months. Changed agent and sold it. Still no probate or any news. I can only describe your “service” in my mother’s own words, as a fate worse than death. Total rubbish. Recently used Debenhams Ottaway in the sale of a flat in St Albans. They had to deal with numerous issues from others parties in the process, which were all handled superbly and with excellent updates and communication throughout. Will definitely use again.
