I was highly impressed with the way in which this matter was handled from the first phone call. A very helpful solicitor by the name of Caroline was very helpful, and then I was assigned a solicitor named James Wallbank. James worked so hard on my case, and he has been extremely efficient throughout. I like the firm’s transparency; I have heard horrible stories from people being left with big bills even if they lose, but your people were so transparent. James explained everything, and it was clear that the company uses the best insurers to make sure you are covered. I cannot say if my case will be successful, but the money was never my motivation. I wanted to prove that the health company that mistreated me was accountable, and I achieved that, so my goal was achieved. They have been forced to review everything I have said, and even if they do not agree, I hope to have saved another person. I only wanted your firm to receive remuneration for all their efforts and hours spent, and if I could receive even one pound, I would be glad because if available, I would not have anything. James is fantastic, but recently he was off work, and I was handed to Caroline, who is equally good. These people are polite, lovely, and always helpful. From the receptionists to the level secretaries, they treat everyone with an equal level of respect. I have recommended your law firm, and I will not hesitate to do so in the future if I need help.4. While the legal system, particularly the Victoriana one, has been frustrating and at times expensive, I would like to clarify that that is not Pickering & Butters aching from my comments. It is the rotten legal system that I am referring to here; the law needs to be changed to accommodate today’s developments and people achieve fairness and equality in the judicial system. 5.
