Dicksons Solicitors Customer Stories... So Far
1. Terrible customer service. You always fobbed me off and were so grossly unprofessional and always could not find the time in your day to answer my emails. And even just left my money in your account. Avoid these solicitors they are the worst to use
2. Omg, the lady on the phone was so rude she could hardly speak English and did not understand me as clearly as I could speak English which is why I asked to talk to someone else but they said they were too busy and there was no one else I could speak to as I had called the switchboard and that they could not help me because they could not understand me! I am Livid and will now be sharing this on social media.
3. So much time waisted waiting to make an appointment at the reception only for us not to get one because you do not do legal aid which I never knew until today!
4. Disgraceful office experience.
5. We were on the opposite side of the buying process, and they were utterly useless. They lost important documents, hardly ever replied, made everything incredibly slow, and were just generally unhelpful. Absolutely terrible.
6. It is essential to commend yourself on such awful service.
7. the worst solicitors i have ever had to deal with. everything takes for ever especially with andrew grace. emails are ignored, papers are lost. years taken and even then nothing sorted. look elsewhere if you want things done properly
8. From the reviews Dicksons still hasn't changed after all these years wish I went somewhere else now if anybody is thinking of using these I would advise them to AVOID do your research and look elsewhere.
9. Andrew Grace was fantastic to deal with and explained everything step by step.. would recommend if buying or selling a property.
10. Friendly Professional most enjoyable experience would strongly recommended thanks so much.
11. Terrible
12. Don't go to these so called solictors unless you would like a nervous breakdown. Shocking is a understatement. People say they are friendly, we don't want friends,we need results for what we are paying them for. I will give them one star for spelling my name correctly weldone....
13. We have previously dealt with Dicksons Solicitors so we went back to them again for the purchase of our new property. We have dealt with Natalie this time and found her to be very helpful, easy to talk to, always returned your calls or emails, dealt with any queries we had and on the whole made a difficult process a lot easier, and we are now back with Natalie for the sale of our old property. Thank you.
14. Number one nice people
15. Unhelpful and profit orientated and my business with them was not enough value for them to engage. I had already downloaded the documents from the internet and only needed them authenticated and was told that wasn't worth it for them as having downloaded the documents myself the bill would only be £5 not £120. As a result, I would never use them again. This is our company.
