I got in touch for a medical negligence claim for my daughter waited a few weeks to hear back they asked for mine and my daughters medical records I then proceeded to wait nearly a month I got a phone call saying that they wanted to meet with us and we decided on a date I have just had a phone call saying that they can’t make the date, they have made me wait 4 weeks for an appointment and cancelled 2 days before hand. The woman who answered my call took my details as the team were busy, and said she'd mark it as urgent. I've had no email, no phone call, no nothing. Made contact for the third time today, called them and a man answered. Was just a repeat of Friday - information given, "marked as urgent as the team were busy" and again, nothing from them. If they can't be bothered to contact prospective clients then how are people able to even leave 5 star reviews? Very confused and unimpressed is an understatement, really.6.
