I got in touch for a medical negligence claim for my daughter waited a few weeks to hear back they asked for mine and my daughters medical records I then proceeded to wait nearly a month I got a phone call saying that they wanted to meet with us and we decided on a date I have just had a phone call saying that they can’t make the date, they have made me wait 4 weeks for an appointment and cancelled 2 days before hand. This is appalling3. Absolutely terrible experience which left me wrongfully advised by 6 or more advisors and ended up costing me more money in the long run stay clear4. Great service.5. I was looking for clinical negligence lawyers and came across thompson and co. Despite the good reviews across the bored, I'm very disappointed with the zero contact I've had from them. I reached out last week via an online consultation form, including sensitive and upsetting info which makes the ignorance even more insulting and unprofessional, 2 days passed and I'd heard nothing, so I rang on Friday explaining so. The woman who answered my call took my details as the team were busy, and said she'd mark it as urgent. I've had no email, no phone call, no nothing. Made contact for the third time today, called them and a man answered. Was just a repeat of Friday - information given, "marked as urgent as the team were busy" and again, nothing from them. If they can't be bothered to contact prospective clients then how are people able to even leave 5 star reviews? Very confused and unimpressed is an understatement, really.6. Got recommended by a friend and they were brilliant start to finish. Would recommend 100% nice polite staff and always kept updated during my case.7. Mark was amazing when it came to our claim after losing my dad. Always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. The service provided to us was excellent. Communication was great.
