They put up with lots of questions from us as nervous first time buyers. Gave us lots of information about bank transfer risks and made sure we had all the banking details in a safe format. I would still like to speak to whoever I am dealing with sometimes, even better to talk face to face. I sometimes feel that information is maybe not understood or misinterpreted during email communication. Keep the customer informed of what is happening please. Everyone has been professional, polite and dealt with matters as promptly as possible. I will continue to use their services. 13.
