Client feedback analysis: 1. Claims Direct was contacted after I was hit from the rear while slowing down at a Zebra crossing by the car behind me: the driver wasn't keeping a good distance from me as I stopped to give way to pedestrians to cross the road. The car hire and allocation of a replacement vehicle took a short time, and the claim was dealt with professionally. 2. The accident happened while riding my bike to the pharmacy. I was hit from the rear by a car whose driver was unable to see me while approaching a bend in the road: they crushed me from behind, causing me to fall off my bike onto the roadside. The impact of the collision caused injuries to my shoulder and hip. I was rushed to a nearby health center, where I was assessed and authorized to receive physiotherapy. My bicycle was damaged and was written off immediately. Good enough: a driver from the oncoming direction where the accident occurred witnessed it all.
