She was good at keeping in touch and ensured I knew what was needed for my late father's house sale and promptly completed paperwork. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She is efficient and always does what she says she will. I appreciate all the work she did. Will definitely use HCB Walsall again. Customer feedback summary. We engaged HCB Solicitors in Walsall to advise us on a litigation matter, which would have produced excellent business for them. After a telephone call, we took the paperwork dropped off for review. They assured us they would contact us the next day (Friday). This did not happen. It was then a weekend and a public holiday, so I knew that nothing was happening. We chase them on Tuesday, and they reaffirmed that they would view the papers in the morning and call us, which did not happen. We ended up collecting the papers. They had not been viewed. This is not a good impression or service, to be honest. For that, I will take my business elsewhere. Excellent service. Extremely satisfied with the team's performance. No question was left unanswered, and I had a lot of them. Thanks to Raj Phandey for professionally organizing my property purchase. I would definitely use his services in the future and recommend them to anyone. I would like to mention Aisha as when I called the office, I would communicate with her, and she would either assist or ensure Raj gets back to me.
