Kenneth Jones Solicitors Customer Feedback Summary: Bad customer service. No call backs, lost notes and paperwork. Unprofessional reception staff. Save your money and go somewhere else. I had a bad experience with them after the death of a loved one. At such a difficult time, you'd think they would be compassionate and helpful. Nope. Instead, their callous and careless staff lost my paperwork and notes twice and failed to call me back when they promised. They even lost my deceased parent's will and my bank statements multiple times. After that, I no longer had any confidence in this firm.2617 By not providing an area specific to put your case across, you force me to give the firm less than one star. To me, they are in the minus region good afternoon On the morning of exchange and whilst my buyers solicitors are adamant my buyer was well aware of the subsidence at the property a variant of which they are claiming they were not aware! I would like to put across the following information .I have a defence report from a company stating that subsidence was very minor. It is essential that I am allowed to give a full account. My wife was in tears she knows how we have had to repair our property and how well it has been repaired this is making us extremely anxious. Out of the 2600 clients they had this may be their first complaint. I hope that he out come makes them accountable. Kavita handled our conveyancing and was excellent from beginning to end. She was efficient, comprehensive, and constantly one step ahead of the process. Communication was great - clear updates and quick, calm, and reassuring responses that made everything feel easy. It's rare to find a solicitor who combines expertise with such a nice and proactive manner, but Kavita thoroughly delivered. I'd have no doubts about recommending her to anyone seeking a truly exceptional conveyancing solicitor. Professional, nice, quick and good prices We are simple happy, when we are in good hands for every needs. Thank you. If I could give them less than 1 star I would — A Solicitor Who Should Be Held Accountable for many mistakes made with conveyancing. This review is specifically for the Wolverhampton office. Before the purchase of our new home, they almost let the sale fall through after five months of emotional turmoil, three missed exchange dates, and just days before completion. I believe the cause of the sale collapse was misinformation given by our buyer's solicitor regarding false and misleading advice provided to the buyer’s lender. They raised this claim, caveat emptor. A hold with the buyer was requested to their lender. Client'cran' was told the mine shaft was in the front garden and that the house had cased structural movement. The buyer’s solicitor stated it was in the front garden and that the house had caused the property movement caused the above. They said this from a coal mining report.
