I have used MFG before and had very good experiences. However, this time-round I could never get hold of my solicitor often taking over a week to come back to me, which I never understand as it only takes 30 secs to writeogene a text message. I never felt like I was the client. I had to instruct another solicitor in the end as they simply didn't come back to me and even when I told them this it took them 24 hours torespondpnd via a text message. It feels like some solicitors take on work knowing they don't have capacity.
